This action follows complaints lodged by leaders from the Delhi BJP. Authorities confirmed the registration of a case on Tuesday, marking a significant development in the matter.
BJP Denies Claims of Flag Disrespect in Viral Video
BJP spokesperson Bhatia has refuted allegations that the party disrespected the national flag in a viral video. He stated, “The aim was to show BJP in a bad light, disrespecting the national flag and violating law. However, it’s a completely fake video.” Bhatia emphasized that the original footage is available on verified accounts and criticized the widespread sharing of the altered video, which he claims targeted the party leader unjustly. He also mentioned that a complaint has been submitted regarding the misinformation.
