Ladakh Government Internship 2026: Key Dates
Selected interns will work with different departments of the UT administration and get first-hand experience of government functioning, public administration and the implementation of projects on the ground. It is the Union Territory’s first dedicated youth internship portal and provides a single platform for applications to participating government departments. Applications have opened for 2,000 government internships in Ladakh, with selected candidates set to work across 25 departments of the Union Territory administration. Document verification will be carried out from September 6 to September 14, ahead of the start of the internship programme. The Zhabstok Ladakh portal was launched on August 22 by Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena.
Departments will be allotted to candidates based on their skills and interests, according to the administration.
