The parents of a 17-year-old boy, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident, made the decision to donate his organs on Monday at a local hospital. This selfless act was confirmed by hospital officials, highlighting the family’s commitment to helping others in the wake of their loss.
Organ Donation Process Underway Following Tragic Incident
The family has chosen to donate the kidneys and liver of their deceased son. Hospital authorities confirmed that the organ retrieval procedure is currently in progress. Once completed, the boy’s body will be returned to the family.
Adhil, a native of Perinthalmanna, suffered serious injuries in a bike accident while returning from catering work at Mannarmala in Malappuram and was admitted to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Following his death, his parents decided to donate his organs.
Speaking to reporters, the parents said they were unable to come to terms with losing their son but wanted his death to give others a chance at life.
