New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is resetting its pool of question-paper setters, with a new four-stage selection process for subject experts after the agency dropped around 600 experts from its panel.

NTA Background Check Process for Empanelment
Clearing the academic assessment does not guarantee empanelment. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will carry out a distinct background check that includes an evaluation of the candidate’s academic qualifications and employment history. Additionally, the NTA will scrutinize the integrity and conflict-of-interest declarations provided by the applicant.
