Panjab University Polls: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) secured victory in the Panjab University Campus Students’ Council (PUCSC) elections as its candidate, Ankit Bidhan, won the presidential race. As per reports, the election victory was achieved in alliance with the Student Organisation of India (SOI), the student wing of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD).
Sharing the election results on Monday, the union announced: Panjab University chooses ABVP yet again! “Panjab University has chosen ABVP with an overwhelming mandate, electing Ankit Bidhan as the President of the Panjab University Campus Students’ Council.
