HT spoke to dozens of people from Badarpur, Trilokpuri, Mangolpuri, and other constituencies who said they submitted their enumeration forms online, but were left off the rolls.
“I make it a point to vote each time. When a form is submitted online, it is not automatically added to the roll. A BLO still needs to verify the submission via a phone call or a physical visit. “We’ve received several complaints about BLOs not doing door-to-door visits.
