The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important advisory for students regarding the resolution of grievances. To ensure that concerns are addressed promptly, the NTA recommends that students follow specific steps when submitting their issues.
As the organization responsible for conducting significant entrance exams like NEET-UG, JEE, and CUET, the NTA receives numerous grievances daily through email and social media. However, many submissions lack essential identifying information, which complicates the process of tracing candidates among the vast number of applicants. This often delays responses to their concerns.
The NTA listed the following steps and urged students to follow them for the timely resolution of their concerns: The testing agency stated that it is fully committed to addressing every candidate’s concern with fairness and diligence.
“A little clarity from your side helps us serve you better and faster,” the NTA added.
