A Pune court received a 5053-page chargesheet on Saturday related to the high-profile murder case of Ketan Agarwal, according to a police official. The extensive document details the allegations and evidence surrounding the case, marking a significant development in the ongoing investigation.
Chargesheet Filed in Realtor’s Death Case
The Pune Rural police have submitted a chargesheet in the Vadgaon Maval court concerning the death of realtor Agarwal, who fell from Lohagad Fort on June 18. Agarwal’s fiancée, Siya Goyal, along with her alleged lover Chetan Choudhary and another individual, Ritesh Hange, have been arrested in connection with the incident.
The chargesheet includes various forms of evidence, such as messages, photographs, mobile phone data, call detail records, witness statements, and technical analysis certificates. Notably, it reveals that Goyal had previously researched a similar incident at Lohagad from the previous year, which resulted in a woman’s death.
In a related case, a man named Raja went missing on May 23 last year, and his body was discovered near a waterfall in East Khasi Hills on June 2, drawing significant media attention.
