A man is in critical condition after being struck by a car while riding his bicycle. The incident occurred as he was crossing the road, and was captured on CCTV. The footage shows the vehicle hitting the man with such force that he was thrown into the air and dragged several meters across the car’s roof before landing on the road. The driver fled the scene immediately after the collision.
Emergency services rushed the injured man to a nearby hospital, where officials reported his serious injuries and critical state.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident. “We are trying to identify and trace the vehicle with the help of CCTV footage,” a police spokesperson stated.
