Regional Head: Candidates should have an MBA in Banking, Finance or Marketing with at least 60% marks. They should also possess CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Adviser or NISM 21-A certification, along with 12 years of relevant experience.
CTC Negotiation and Interview Process Details
Candidates for the bank positions can negotiate their Cost to Company (CTC), which is not fixed. The final CTC will be influenced by the candidate’s experience, current salary, and the location of their posting. During the interview process, candidates will also discuss their CTC. The interview will be scored out of 100 marks, with the bank determining the qualifying marks, which will be final and non-negotiable.
