On Thursday, authorities arrested four individuals linked to a disturbing video that depicts a young woman being physically assaulted and verbally abused in Bihar. This incident occurred in broad daylight and has drawn significant attention, particularly following a recent case where a Class 10 girl was assaulted, igniting nationwide outrage. The quick response by law enforcement highlights the growing concern over violence against women in public spaces.
The earlier incident was reported in Jamui district and the second, in Samastipur.
Samastipur Superintendent of Police (SP) Arvind Pratap Singh said efforts are underway to nab two more accused – identified as Devansh Sharma and Rahul Kumar.
