The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Andhra Pradesh police probing the mysterious disappearance of 25-year-old Gade Sai Krishna in Vijayawada in May, has confirmed that he was beaten to death by the Krishnalanka police at an abandoned building on May 12, people familiar with the matter said on Saturday.

Charges Against Real Estate Broker in Body Disposal Case
Suresh, a real estate broker, has been charged by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) for his involvement in the case surrounding the death of Sai Krishna. He is accused of assisting Nagaraju and several head constables in transporting Sai Krishna’s body to a crematorium. Additionally, Suresh allegedly pressured Sai Krishna’s family to withdraw their complaint as part of a compromise arrangement.
In June, after Sai Krishna’s family filed a habeas corpus petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Suresh, acting on behalf of Nagaraju, reportedly approached Sai Krishna’s maternal uncle, Navarang. He allegedly urged Navarang to retract the petition, intensifying concerns over the family’s treatment during this legal struggle.
