Wasim Akram has praised India’s rising star Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, emphasizing his impressive impact on cricket at just 15 years old. Sooryavanshi, known for his explosive batting, made headlines after two outstanding seasons in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and subsequently debuted for India against England, becoming the youngest player to do so in international cricket.
In contrast, Akram criticized the Pakistan Super League (PSL) for not nurturing emerging talents at the same pace as the IPL. His remarks reflect a broader discussion on the development of young players within the two leagues, highlighting the IPL’s success in fostering new cricketing talent.
