Kalyan Bainsla, the suspect in the Gurugram hit-and-run case, attempted to escape from police custody on Tuesday. His escape attempt occurred shortly after he was arrested in Rajasthan, according to police reports.

It happened purely due to overspeeding and reckless behavior-they were racing against each other. This offense carries a provision for imprisonment of up to 10 years.
