A Class 9 student’s body was found hanging inside a residential school in Karnataka’s Belagavi district on Monday.
The incident comes days after a six-year-old boy died at a private school in Visakhapatnam , with his family alleging he was beaten by a teacher for not completing his homework. The incident took place at the Little Garden School, a private school in the One Town area.
Child Dies Following Teacher Assault
Pranay Teja, a young student, died after allegedly being beaten by a teacher with a stick for failing to complete his homework. His family reported that he collapsed during the incident. He was subsequently taken to King George Hospital (KGH), where doctors confirmed his death. By the time the family arrived at the hospital, they were informed that he had already passed away.
Gautham’s family members have alleged that the incident was not a suicide and claimed that the boy was beaten and murdered While the body was shifted to a local government hospital for a post-mortem examination. They have demanded a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
