The Supreme Court is currently reviewing a petition filed by activist Harisharan Devgan, represented by advocate Satyam Singh Rajput. Senior advocate Manan Kumar Mishra, who is representing the petitioner, argued for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry or an investigation led by a former judge of the court.
