Virender Singh Basoya, a notorious drug kingpin implicated in a Rs 13,000 crore drug trafficking case, has been extradited to India from the UAE. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has taken him into custody following his return. This development marks a significant step in the ongoing efforts to combat drug-related crimes in the country.

The investigation also cited CCTV footage from a hotel in Delhi’s HUDCO Place and Panchsheel Enclave areas as evidence of a connection between Rishabh and Jassi. Police allege that Rishabh was not just a family member but also played an active role in the network’s logistics and drug movement.

The vehicle belonged to Basoya’s brother, Ravinder, according to court records. Rishabh’s SUV was used to transport the drug consignment, according to the Delhi Police investigation.
