The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) marked Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday and his 25 years in public service by launching a series of community-focused initiatives. These included lighting lamps, organizing blood donation camps, and conducting cleanliness drives across India. Additionally, the party initiated a month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, featuring debates and quizzes in schools, alongside opportunities for BJP workers to engage with beneficiaries of government schemes.

Around 15 million women are receiving a monthly assistance of ₹ 3000 in their bank accounts under one of the West Bengal government ’s flagship welfare schemes.
